Tickets can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, with no fees, for all bookings made at least seven days prior to the flight's scheduled departure time. Completely unused tickets: Tickets are valid for transport for one year from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be made through Hawaiian Airlines Reservations. Date changes/cancellations for a car rental, lei welcome or airport transfer purchase must be completed with the respective provider prior to your trip.
