Tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Tickets may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with no fees, for any bookings made at least seven days in advance of the flight's scheduled departure time. Requests for refunds must be made through Hawaiian Airlines Reservations. Date changes/cancellations to a Car Rental, Lei Greeting, or Airport Transfer purchase must be completed with the respected vendor prior to your trip.
