After putting in WordPress, you’ll gain access to your website’s admin dashboard, wherever you've got the chance to line up your website as you wish and alter some things. How to create a new user account in WordPress
Go to “Users > Add New” in the left-menu on your WordPress site.
Give the account a username and email address.
If you need/want, set a password, if you're not sure, don't.
Choose the role that the user account needs.
Click “Add New User”.
