If you have a Spectrum Router and you want to change the default login password, you need to first connect the router to a computer. Once the devices are connected, follow the below-mentioned steps to change the Spectrum Router default password:
Open an internet browser on your computer and type the default IP address of the router in the browser’s address bar.
Press Enter to open the router login page.
Enter the default login credentials of the router in the relevant fields.
Click on “Login” to open the router admin console.
Now, click on the “Advanced” tab and follow the on-screen prompts to change the login password of the router. Click on “Apply” to save the changes.
