With the exception of flights to and from the United States, Aer Lingus fares are not refundable. Cancel your flight within 24 hours from the date of ticket purchase to get a full refund. However, the departure date must be 7 days after the purchase date.
All Aer Lingus 24-hour cancellations can be easily processed online on aerlingus.com. Go to the "My Trip" section and enter your six-digit booking code and the passenger's last name. In addition, you must also fill out Aer Lingus’ cancellation form. Once you receive the Air Lingus cancellation policy notice via email, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
