Samsung mobile phones provide a variety of features that you may not be familiar with. The Samsung device has been stolen or lost. A Samsung account is the fastest way to locate, turn off or restore the device’s factory settings, or even erase all data on the device. You can find your account in the General tab.
Tap Account and tap your Samsung account in the list.
Go to Account Settings and then go to Help.
Now you forgot your ID or password. Tap to continue.
After that, you enter your email address.
Now you need to open the email and follow the link to complete the password recovery process.
This solution works fine when you have access to your device, but if you don't have access to your device, you need to open your Samsung account page on your PC/Laptop.
