Users must visit the Google Account Recovery page Accounts.google.com/signin/recovery.
The user then has to enter an email address on the page and then click the Continue option.
When the user is prompted to enter the last password for their Google account that they remember. If the user does not remember the password, the user must click the I don't know option.
The user can then click on the Authenticate option located below all opposing choices.
Implement a full Google Account recovery process to signal when users cannot recover their Google Account password.
After verification is complete, the user is granted access to the password reset page.
Then the user must enter a new password for their Google account.
